How to connect Customer.io

Open Customization, then the Connectors tab.
In Popular connectors, find Customer.io and select Connect.
Sign in with your own Customer.io account on its page and approve. There is nothing to paste.
Each person in the workspace connects their own Customer.io account the first time they use it. Only you can use the connectors you add.
